Scott started in the construction field at an early age helping his father build custom homes. At the age of 16 he also went to work in the Multi-Family industry. Since then he has owned his own General Contracting company in the Salida, CO area, ran maintenance and operations for Monarch Ski Corporation for 3 years, taught construction and maintenance as a State of Colorado Certified Vocational Instructor for 7 years, and returned to the Multi-Family industry. He managed the Construction Division for Omni Properties, Inc., renovations for Riverstone Residential, $12 Million worth of Multi-Family redevelopment for Granite Peak Partners, Inc. and also worked for a couple of other General Contracting companies in the Colorado market. Scott has since owned sever companies. One of those companies was created specifically to manage and renovate multifamily apartment units. Within three years the company was completing over 3000 unit renovations a year at a completion rate of 99.7% either on time or early. In 2015, after 3 years, Scott sold his interest in that company and started Regal Contracting to give clients a more intimate experience.
